Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use the Aesthetica AI face analysis app and aifacerating.com, including subscriptions, acceptable use and important limitations.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Aesthetica iOS app (the "App") and the website aifacerating.com (the "Website"), together the "Services". The Services are provided by an independent developer based in Türkiye ("Aesthetica", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Aesthetica does

Aesthetica uses artificial intelligence to analyze a photo of a face and provide results such as a face rating, facial symmetry, golden ratio proportions, face shape, skin, eye shape and hairline insights, together with general appearance and styling tips.

2. For information and entertainment — not medical advice

AI face ratings and analyses are estimates based on measurable facial features in a single photo. They can vary with lighting, angle, expression and image quality, and they do not measure a person's worth. Attractiveness is also subjective and cultural.

The Services do not provide medical, dermatological, psychological or cosmetic-surgery advice. Skin insights are general guidance, not a diagnosis. Always consult a qualified professional about health, skin conditions or any medical or cosmetic procedure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Services you agree to:

  • only submit photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission;
  • not submit photos of children who are not your own without a parent's or guardian's permission;
  • not use the Services to harass, shame, bully or discriminate against anyone;
  • not submit unlawful, sexually explicit or infringing content;
  • not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

  • Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

6. Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of the photos you submit. You give us permission to process each photo only to provide your analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store your photos after the analysis.

7. Our intellectual property

The Services, including the App, Website, design, text, graphics and software, are owned by Aesthetica or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the App.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We try to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aesthetica will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on results from the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
